Leyzman Antonio Salim Franco, known as Leyzman Salim, is a Paraguayan master griller and gastronomic ambassador, promoting Paraguayan barbecue culture around the world. Leyzman began his career in his parents' butcher shop and has taken his passion for barbecue to international competitions, including the World Barbecue Championship in Belgium, where his Barbakuá team was number one in Latin America.
