Jose Avalos is a prominent Paraguayan educator and technologist, currently pursuing a PhD in Education with an emphasis on multi-skills. He holds a Master's Degree in Educational Robotics and a Master's Cum Laude in Computer Engineering. He has mentored hundreds of young people in technological skills and is a strong advocate for STEM education in Paraguay.
